Nina’s mini retreats and sacred healing circles are intentionally created experiences designed to support deep rest, energetic release and powerful recalibration. Many are held on the full moon, a potent time for illumination, completion and letting go. The full moon amplifies intention and energy, making it the perfect moment to release what no longer serves you and anchor in a higher vibration.

Every event is held in a safe, grounded and sacred space, lovingly guided by Nina. You are deeply held, energetically protected and supported throughout, allowing you to fully surrender into the experience and receive whatever your body, mind and soul are ready for.

No two gatherings are ever the same. Each retreat or circle is intuitively curated and may include different elements depending on the energy of the group and the moon cycle. Some events are collaborative, bringing together other aligned light workers for sound healing baths, breathwork journeys or additional energetic modalities, while you also receive hands on Reiki healing from Nina.

Across these experiences you may be guided through visualisation, energetic cleansing, intention setting and embodied practices that gently raise your vibration and reconnect you to your inner wisdom. Many people leave feeling lighter, clearer, deeply nourished and profoundly realigned.
