I am a spiritual hippy by nature, but I love Chanel handbags. I am a healing Reiki Master but I am also a badass businesswoman.
I embody Yin and Yang - I am a juxtaposition of qualities that shouldn’t really work together. But somehow, it just does.

My proudest role is being a mother to 4 children and I manage a very active and busy schedule whilst always striving to prioritise their happiness. I know what it is like to feel overwhelmed. You may even be feeling disheartened that you are not seizing your true potential because life is busy and getting in the way. Or you may be completely debilitated with chronic health issues or mental blocks that are not serving you.

Here’s my story:

I carved out a successful career in advertising in my 20’s but I was already experiencing burn-out. The death of my beloved mother when I was 28 became the catalyst for pivoting my destiny on this planet. I was single, alone and drowning in grief and I decided to follow my mum’s footsteps and delve into the world of energy, healing and manifestation. I left my high-flying job in London and fled to South East Asia to visit several regenerative holistic retreats where I embarked on a 6 month journey of self-discovery and restoration. I became a Reiki Master during this time and completed an Anatomy and Physiology diploma. I also studied and mastered the universal energy laws, including The Law of Attraction.
The day before I returned to the UK, I wrote in my journal everything I wanted to manifest upon my return, utilising the magical tools I had learned. This included starting my own successful holistic therapy and Reiki business, meeting the man of my dreams and starting a family together. Just one DAY after I returned to the UK, I was invited to my husband’s surprise 30th birthday party. He was EVERYTHING I had asked for in my journal and within a year we had bought a house, got engaged and I was pregnant!

Throughout the next few years, we purchased our second dream home and created our 4 wonderful human beings. Alongside this, I cultivated the holistic therapy business that I had desired, yet on top of that, I also became a brand ambassador for a global online health, wellness and mindset brand and scaled this e-commerce business to a multi-million dollar turnover within its first few years. This ignited a new passion within me….helping others flourish to become the best versions of themselves and reaching their health, wealth and mindset goals. I now mentor and inspire thousands of people globally, whilst also nurturing a community of like-minded souls called The Extra Collective, who are all invested in upgrading themselves and their destinies. My approach is unique and incorporates intuition and innate wisdom as well as the latest techniques in energetics and neuroscience.

I am here to tell you that you don’t need to have a corporate history to be a successful CEO. You don’t need to be a neuro-scientist to rewire your brain and reclaim your mental and physical health. You just need access to the right tools by someone like me who has a genuine passion and a track record of success in helping others grow, succeed or regenerate their health.

I have lived. I have loved and I have lost. And I have encompassed all of my wisdom into cultivating the existence of my dreams, whilst helping others to do the same. This can work…..for anyone. You just need me to show you how.
